At The Health Store, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. We understand that when you purchase health products, you want them delivered quickly and efficiently. That's why we have developed the following shipping policy:
Processing Time:
We will process all orders within two working days of receiving payment. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out for delivery.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We estimate delivery to take between 2 to 7 working days from the date your order is shipped.
Shipping Method:
We use reputable and reliable courier services to deliver our products to customers. All orders will be shipped with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping for all orders over R800. For orders under R800, a shipping fee of R60 will be added to the total order amount.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within South Africa.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.
Order Delivery:
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to receive your order, the courier company will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please see our returns policy for more information.
