The Real Thing Tri-Mag Capsules contain chelated Magnesium in three forms: Magnesium citrate, Magnesium bisglycinate, and Magnesium malate. Chelation binds Magnesium to organic compounds, improving its absorption compared to inorganic forms. Magnesium citrate, derived from citric acid, is highly bioavailable and supports bowel motility without causing laxative effects. Magnesium bisglycinate, bonded to the amino acid glycine, aids in reducing stress and supports muscle protein synthesis.
